The Global Business Continuity Program Manager is a member of the Global Workplace Experience Team (WPE). WPE collaborates across all functions and levels within Logitech and Manages workplace operations, real estate, health, safety, physical security and business continuity management globally.

The Global Business Continuity Program Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and testing Logitech’s Business Continuity Program, and supporting all business plan activities necessary to enable Logitech to manage disruption events and mitigate the impact to  our operations.

This role reports to the Head of Global Health, Safety and Security located in Ireland.

  • Serve as the central point of contact responsible for leading the Enterprise Business Continuity/Crisis plans for the business, including supply chain, manufacturing, supplier management, distribution and corporate functions such as IT, Workplace Experience, People & Culture, Legal, Finance etc
  • Be responsible for the successful implementation of the organisation’s business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster preparedness planning and testing
  • Develop, maintain and implement Business Continuity / Operational Resiliency Frameworks and associated processes, to include; risk assessments, business impact assessments, recovery strategies and recovery testing plans
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Function and Site leaders, to develop effective working relationships and to build and maintain documented Business Recovery Plans
  • Liaise with key infrastructure and process teams, to identify BCP gaps, challenge and set recovery time objectives (RTOS), and convey business needs and expectations
  • Conduct a scenario planning and testing program, to regularly exercise recovery plans to help mature Business Functions response to disruptions
  • Lead annual business interruption exercises with company leaders, and BCP business group program owners, to mature company responses in different vulnerable scenarios, and to create muscle memory if/when a disruption occurs
  • Work with internal health, safety and security teams and local, state and federal agencies to align Logitech’s risk and continuity program, with best practice and compliance requirements
  • Develop the workplace experience organisation with the capabilities, skills and behaviours to strongly support an enterprise business continuity and risk program
  • Facilitate and support the execution of response, mitigation and recovery plans for Logitech through any disruption scenario
  • Ensures the compliance of each aspect of business continuity
  • Partners with the business in relationships with customers, audit and government regulators on business continuity issues

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 10 years experience with 5+ years managing a business continuity / risk management program within a multinational organisation
  • Bachelor Degree in a Risk Management Discipline or Business Administration with a risk/compliance focus
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and execute business continuity initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate efficiently cross functionally
  • In-person & virtual people management skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions in high-stress situations is important for this role
  • A comprehensive understanding and knowledge of health and safety compliance requirements and risk evaluation and management protocols
  • Experience with managing a risk/compliance based team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3rd level degree or relevant certifications in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, or risk management

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work nights and weekends during a crisis event
  • Ability to travel on occasion

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 91,000 and $ 203,200, dependent on location and experience.
 

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
